We apologize for the inconvenience. Due to the rail-guided design, the rollers must be positioned within the rectangular track for smooth operation.

If the appearance remains unsatisfactory, custom side rails can be fabricated to ensure full coverage of the truck bed rail. However, we advise that opting for customization solely for aesthetic purposes may involve significant costs, which may not be cost-effective.

This occurs when the mounting brackets are not positioned correctly during installation. Please adjust the brackets by following the calibration steps 32, 32A, and 32B in the manual. We have updated the installation method to eliminate drilling. Simply secure the drainage tube to the designated location without any modifications. Thank you.

If the issue persists due to potential lock mechanism displacement during shipping (this will also trigger warranty extension and compensation measures), contact our after-sales team. Leakage between Slats
Cause: Lateral shifting of the slats during shipping, installation, or use may displace the waterproof rubber seals between them.
Solution: Realign the waterproof rubber seals in the leaking section to restore proper sealing.
Tailgate Leakage
Cause A: Elevated side rails may prevent the waterproof seal under the handle from fully contacting the tailgate’s top edge, creating gaps.
Solution: Adjust the side rail height to ensure proper seal contact.
Cause B: Insufficient coverage over the tailgate (less than 15–20 mm).
Solution: Extend the cover’s overlap with the tailgate to meet the 15–20 mm requirement.
